A graduate of Kurukshetra University (Kurukshetra, India) with a BS in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Vermont, Sham is one of the two founders of Global Lease Group, Inc. Sham is a serial entrepreneur with a demonstrated track record of achievement in the vehicle lease industry.
Sham’s accomplishments in the leasing business commenced in 1980, when he successfully launched, owned, and operated his own vehicle leasing operation in Burlington, MA. The company’s success was attributable to Sham’s ability to add real customer value by focusing on relationships, understanding the entire cost chain in micro-detail, and effectively negotiating with vendors.
As CEO and Chief Financial Officer at Global Lease Group, Sham is responsible for banking relationships and borrowing, accounting, and substantial involvement in lease pricing, overall management, vehicle acquisition, and vehicle remarketing.
A graduate of Colgate University (Hamilton, NY) with a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, Ben has extensive experience in the vehicle fleet business, having had responsibility for the planning, purchase negotiations, acquisition, and disposal of Alamo Rent-A-Car's rental fleet, where he was employed from 1980 to 1995.
More recently, Ben has focused on the government leasing sector where he has managed operations, marketing, and sales efforts, including positioning, strategic partnerships, pricing, advertising, and sales force management.

A graduate of Quinsigamond Community College (Worcester, MA) with a degree in business administration, Mike has overall responsibility for account management for Global’s commercial and non-profit accounts. Prior to joining Global, Mike had more than twenty years of vehicle leasing sales and customer service experience throughout the northeast US.
Over the years, Mike has developed and retained a loyal commercial book of business that he has earned by anticipating and fulfilling his customers’ needs. Always available to his clientele, Mike’s customers know that he can be counted on to reliably deliver the fleet they need to operate their businesses.
